Tingdene Properties was established in 1989, a family owned company associated with the more familiarly known Tingdene Homes, Europes leading Manufacturer of Park Homes and Modular Buildings. The name Tingdene is derived from the former name of Finedon, home to our Chairman & Founder, Jim Gibbard.
The company has always been wholeheartedly committed to Customer Service and it is through this that we have gained a reputation second to none.

All properties meet a high standard of decor and finish. Well maintained and cleaned throughout with mains carbon monoxide sensor and smoke alarms fitted as standard. We have a range of furnished and unfurnished properties and in all most all cases off road parking is available.
When the home is handed over all meter readings and correspondence with the utility providers is taken care of by our team so your time can be spent moving in.
We have a dedicated team of engineers who are available 7 days a week throughout the year should there be any breakdowns or defects. Evening and weekend appointment’s for engineers are also available to those who can ill afford to lose valuable time from their working day.
